Located in the municipality of Cáceres, in the state of Mato Grosso, in the Central-West region of Brazil, this farm is situated in the Pantanal region, the largest floodplain in the world, recognized as a UNESCO Natural World Heritage Site.

Cáceres is a strategic city near the border with Bolivia, with historical and economic traditions linked to cattle ranching and river navigation.

The state of Mato Grosso is one of Brazil’s largest agricultural producers, particularly in grains and beef cattle, with continuously expanding logistics infrastructure.

The farm is approximately 200 km from Marechal Rondon International Airport in Cuiabá, ensuring fast and secure access for investors and commercial operations.

The property has a total area of 84,000 hectares, fully operational with all infrastructure required for cattle ranching. It has complete machinery and vehicle infrastructure for all rural activities, including eight tractors of various models, a heavy machine (PC), a loader, two dump trucks, a Munk truck, and a grader. Additionally, there are various agricultural implements, pickups, and cars, with a complete inventory to be provided during the property visit, ensuring transparency and precision.

The farm is sold with all infrastructure, machinery, and livestock included, with full legal documentation up to date, including CAR, GEO, CCIR, and ITR. It has no debts, guaranteeing legal and financial security for the buyer.

The asking price of the farm in the local currency is BRL 900,000,000.00 (nine hundred million Brazilian reais). The price published in euros was calculated according to the exchange rate on the date of listing, considering 1 euro equivalent to BRL 6.38.
